Lisa Darby

Lisa is a great manager, team leader and colleague. She has a great positive attitude, strength of character and ability to think her way through a problem. She cares passionately about her team and acts as a sounding board and mentor. It takes courage to lead, and heart to listen. Lisa absorbs issues and gives people the tools to find solutions. She is trusted among her peers as a friend and as a colleague and regarded as a shining example of what the right person in the right senior position can bring to a business. As well as being well respected at work she has also bungy jumped for Cancer Reseach and done numberous runs for the RSPCA.
