I believe in living life to the full. Why wait for things to happen for you? Go out and get them. Life is great make every day count. I hope to inspire people to live their lives to the full with whatever capacity they have to do so. I work with people with life limiting conditions and they never fail to amaze me as to what you can achieve if you have drive motivation and a strong heart. I try to use this in my own life. Five years ago I had surgery to my ankle which left me in chronic pain with a foot that didnt work. Previous to this I had been running marathons. I found the adjustment hard when I was told to forget trying to run ski or hill clmb again. However i didnt accept any of the experts opinions and started to rehab myself with the help of an amazing physiotherapist. I have just completed the three peaks challenge a 107 mile bike race. Never quit I didnt
