Lindsay Calcraft

Lindsay is an enthusiastic amateur sportswoman she loves to cycle an run. She is always helping other people.I love riding mountain bikes I'm currently doing my TCL award so I can lead rides officially I am the secretary of our local bike club on the west coast of Scotland. I have a special interest in getting more women into mountain biking and run women only rides. I also am a keen runner I have completed 3 10ks 2 half marathons and have coached 2 of my friends to run and improve their fitness and lose weight. I love supporting people to achieve their goals and improve themselves in sport at any level. I have recently started competing in women's downhill racing and have encouraged other women to start racing too. i would love to be part of such a special sporting event in the UK and would be honoured to run with the torch.
