Liam Fletcher

During the course of this year a pupil, who had left his previous school due to bullying issues, joined our school. When he arrived at the school this pupil had a clear lack of confidence and was very nervous. Without any prompting, Liam took the pupil `under his wing` and ensured he has settled into our school. This new pupil has now higher self-esteem of himself and a circle of friends, both of which he did not have previously. This is only possible because of the friendship shown by Liam. Within the classroom Liam has forged excellent relationships with his teachers, whom he clearly respects, and he is continually producing work of the highest quality. Liam is also a well-respected member of the school football team- a sport he excels in and enjoys. Liam is a pupil who is well liked and respected by staff and students.
