Liam Dowden

"Liam is a bright and bubbly character who has the ability to put a smile on everyone's face. He began his time at Compass having been in trouble at school and continued in the same vein upon arrival. The change in Liam from then to now has been great, he now speaks politely to everyone and has dealt with one particular issue with maturity and grace. Liam has shown he will try hard at whatever he is tasked with, this is especially noticeable with sports. Liam does not possess natural ability in most of the sports we take part in, however, will always give of his best and encourage others to do so. He has a never give up attitude in this area and we are proud of him for it.

Liam will always help if he sees someone in need or at least offer help if he thinks it may be needed, from simply opening a door to asking if someone is ok. He is especially good with the younger children at the Compass, always stopping to chat with them and share an interest.

We believe that Liam is an inspirational person and has the ability to go onto great things, he is a well liked member of our establishment and the community as a whole. He will carry the flame will a very large smile on his face and a glow of positivity that will be infectious to those viewing."
