Leah Mercer

Leah is fabulous she is always doing great activities for many different charities! I know she wants to make a difference.I am 14 years old and over the past 2 years I have raised over £4000 to help my cousin after he was involved in a serious car accident in 2009. I wanted to help raise road awareness to others as well as help my cousin get better. I wanted some kind of positivity to come out of the car accident so I raised money for Jacks hospitals that he visited the money that I raised bought equiptment for other patients in the same position as him. I started raising money for more and more charities and then realised I had a real passion for community and helping those around me. My biggest dream is to know that what I have done has helped to or saved someones life that would mean the world to me. I hope that others can aspire to do what I do.
