Lauren's nomination story

Sport to me is everything! It not only helps health and fitness but as I'm shy it gives me confidence socially and volunteer opportunitiesMy enthusiasm for sport is infectious. I'm known for my smile and being constantly on the go. I'm hoping to become a paediatric physiotherapist at Great Ormond street hospital and inspire young children to exercise play sport and get the most out of life by being kind caring listening to them and inspiring them exercises to help themselves and give them a better quality of life I also want to improve/influence childhood obesity in some way. Currently I'm training for a half marathon raising money for a multiple sclerosis centre but a life long ambition of mine is a full marathon raising lots of money to inspie others I'm not a naturally fit person so these are huge challenges for me proving it's possible if your determined enough.
