Laura Joyce

Laura has now been working with us for 3 years. In this time she has demonstrated a consistently endearing trait to think of others whilst combining a very busy & hectic lifestyle of her own. In her role as CRM & Marketing Manager she manages to look after our 3 Dealership sites managing the requirements of both BMW & MINI Sales & Aftersales teams. She also leads by example by using her energy to enjoy many sports, which include playing for a couple of netball teams, joining a running club, and participating in the local fund raising activities we have become involved with (& encouraging others to take part), such as Xcountry bike rides & midnight walks for cancer. She has also attended & supported us at charity events without any suggestion of wanting or needing to have time off in lieu. I believe her positive outlook on life, with the wish to always see if we can include any charitable efforts into our company communications, have had a profound impact on our company culture & the people who work for us. We now have other members of the team thinking of opportunities where we as a company can help less fortunate people, and I believe this was influenced by Laura's consistent but sublime reminders to our teams to include or think about others in everything we do. Laura is a brilliant ambassador for Specialist Cars & for BMW/MINI.
