Kira Roberts

Started fencing at 15 and has since represented Great Britain internationally at Cadet (U17), Junior (U21) and Senior level. Recent achievements have been, junior commonwealth champion in penang, receiving a gold at the last senior commonwealths in melbourne, winning the weiBherbst senior international event in germany and coming second in the british national championships. Currently I am the only person at university in the top 10 of the british rankings and not training full time. Despite studies I am still competing to a high level, at peak season training 4-5 days a week with Laszlo (my coach) and travelling abroad at the weekend to compete. I have been bucs university champion for two years and represented GB at the university world games in Belgrade.
