Kim Pham

Kim is a fantastic advocate of weightlifting both for her school and club Cardinal Pole but also for British Weight Lifting. Kim has competed in BWL competitions for 3 years now and has shown great progression in this time.

Kim was one of BWL's first junior technical officials and often volunteers to referee at youth and junior events across the country.

Kim is a great example of a young person who is holistically involved in the sport of weightlifting. We hope to use Kim's story as an example of good practice in future and to encourage more young weightlifters to become involved in training and volunteering with other aspects of weightlifting in addition to competing.
