Kim Paterson

I wish to nominate my sister who is also my boss. Kim is our local Sports Development Officer in Moray. She eats and breathes sport. A truly inspirational woman and a great leader. Anyone involved in any sporting club in Moray will know Kim. Every minute of everyday she is fully commited to ensuring that all individuals have the opportunity to participate in whatever sport they desire. She aids local clubs in applying for funding to develop and maintain themselves and is also a very good avenue for any type of advice they may need. She attends many meetings with local clubs so that in our area we have an excellent network of clubs working together. After normal working hours Kim does not stop she is heavily involved in the local SportMoray commitee and the Walk, Jog, Run Moray commitee. On Monday evenings she gives up her free time to be a jog leader for our local Jog Scotland group. She is also a volunteer Coach for our new Keith Junior Athletics Club she was also instrumental in setting up this very popular group. Kim is a keen runner completing her first marathon in October 2010 and she runs for Keith And District Athletics Club. Kim is an excellent volleyball player who plays for Isla Volleyball Club and also plays in the Grampian Ladies team having achieved much success with both. To relax Kim enjoys golf and watching football on the TV although she has been known to put on her boots and play for the local ladies' team. Kim Moray salutes you! RESPECT!
