Kim Cooke

(Commercial Bristol - Kingswood Health Care) Kim has worked at our practice and led our Practice nursing team for the past 18 years. She approaches this work selflessly and supports, encourages and empowers her fellow nurses as they care for our 11,000 patients. Provision of health and the nursing role has changed enormosly over the past 10 years. Kim has embraced this change and created a nursing team that not only offeres treatment and support encompassing the tradiotional idears of nursing but embraces change and the health promotion agenda. As out diatetic specialist nurse she has touched the lives of many of our most vulnerable patents. helping them to self manage this disease. The value of this disease.
