Kendal Barclay

Kendal is a fantastic role model. She started her basketball in a StreetGames session led by myself. She has gone on to compete in the sport in the National League and for her region in performance tournaments. Not only is she a fantastic player she has gone onto volunteer and help lead other StreetGames sessions. At these sessions she is a fantastic young role model for the U12 girls that she coaches as she is a perfect example of StreetGames being a success. Not only is Kendal a role model ion the court but also off the court. Her single mother is a foster carer and Kendal helps her everyday bring up the young disadvantaged children that live with them, encouraging the young people to go along to StreetGames sessions.
