Kelly Outhwaite

She spends hours a day sigining to the deaf with her mother, Donna. She is constantly taking part with local activities, always giving her time to the mentally disabled in programmes such as aim higher. Kelly has almost finished her NCS programme with me. She also helps out during playschemes. Kelly learned to sign because on an elderly couple that live down the road. They were both deaf and one day the man died .
