Keith Ashcroft

Keith embodies the London 2012 commitment to the youth of the world, shown by his commitment to charities and community in and out of work. He is actively involved with Shinealight, a charity that grants wishes to terminally ill children from Northen Ireland as well as WhizzKidz our hotel charity.

As well as offering personal service to each guest he additionally is our driving force behind many of our charity collections. This is exemplified by him personally selling almost 40% of tickets in our most recent charity raffle.

Keith's commitment hasn't faltered over the past 25 years with IHG, despite him undergoing major brain surgery during this time.

Keith's makes these efforts without fanfare or seeking praise as such the spirit he shows on a daily basis to guests, colleagues and the wider community makes him an ideal candidate to deliver the Olympic message in the London 2012 Torch Relay. CR
