Keia Wardman's nomination story

I would like to nominate Keia Wardman to carry the Olympic Torch because she is inspirational and dedicated to sport. She loves swimming and trains earliy every morning and most evenings. She is the Cornish Champion at 400 and 800m freestyle and has achieved medals at Regional level. Her second love is Surf Life Saving and is the Cornish and National Champion at Sea Swimming. A lot of the younger Children look up to her at Swim club and Surf club, they always want to be in Keia`s team, she always makes time for her friends encouraging and supporting them. Parents forever comment `what a lovely girl she is`. At school Keia plays rounders, tag rugby and enjoys County Cross Country and is often seen running on the beach, training for some event. To many people she is our local hero and we know she will one day be part of the British Olympic Team because thats her dream.
