Keeley Shaw

Keeley grew up in one of the poorest areas of her home town. Rather than sit at home, Keeley decided she wanted to do something to improve life for her and her community. Off her own back she applied to her local community alliance for funding for street dance and she achieved her good. Now known in her community as the '?street dance girl' she has been dancing ever since. As well as advising other youngsters on street dance, Keeley has used her skills to raise money for charity. Today Keeley attends a performance and arts college as she pursues her dream, developing skills that she can use to give others in the community the opportunities she has worked so hard for.
