Kathy Price

Katherine is an ambassador for young people's disability charity Whizz-Kidz. Katherine is an inspiration to other young disabled people because she uses her experiences (good and bad) to encourage and motivate others. She leads the campaigning activities of a group of young disabled people in Leicester, and she has also taken on a number of voluntary positions for various charities. For example, she is now working on organising a trip for a group of young people to visit a residential college so that they can see what possibilities are opened up through living independently away from home.
