Karen O`donoghue-harris

Karen is a legend in the sport of Surf Lifesaving. She has been competing for 25 years, and has been , Welsh Champion, British Champion, International Champion, European Champion and World Champion in board and ski events. She is the most Welsh capped Surf Life Saver and has represented Great Britain on numerous occassions. However it's not only competing Karen does. She has been secretary of her club for 20 years, examiner, coach, official (at championships) and Welsh and British Team Manager. She is also the British athlete's representative for International Life Saving. She has dedicated her life to the sport and now spends most evenings coaching younger athletes to reach their true potential. She is a real inspiration to her club, country and the athletes she coaches.
