Karen excels in her role as Repair Team Lead, one of the toughest Customer-facing roles in GE. Her exceptional External Focus drives Karen to ensure that customer's problems are resolved as expeditiously as possible, every time. Best Customer Experience is an ethos that Karen encourages throughout her team, and she leads by example. Measuring up as Role Model for the last 3 years together with Growth Champion and Leadership awards whilst contributing to 1-Embedded and the Global RMA process, Karen has contributed tremendously toward GE's image in the marketplace. Karen has recently experienced serious illness in her immediate family and this has led her to reappraise her own values and to embrace all the virtues and values of HealthAhead. Giving Karen the honour of Carrying The Flame in her 10th Year with GE will cement permanent life-style changes for Karen and her family's own wellbeing.
