WOW, I can't believe I am actually carrying the Olympic flame in the London 2012 Torch relay; I am still shaking and it is a joy to participate in such a prestigious event. I was nominated to take part by the organisation I work for. In fact, it was the casting vote of our Operations Manager that gave me this fantastic opportunity. I have dedicated my time and energy to the company for the past eight years. During these years I have had immense pleasure in working as part of a group of talented individuals to meet both national events and local business needs, whilst ensuring a superior customer experience. I choose each day to make a concerted effort to 'enjoy' my day and to be helpful to both internal and external customers. This positive attitude really helps me to react well, even to the most demanding of challenges. CR
