Joyce Manning

Joyce Manning has had a visual impairment since she was 18 years old and has a slight learning disability. She contributes to 2 local charities as a trustee and volunteer. Blackwell sailing is a sailing charity for people with disabilities and the Riversiders Trust a charity for people with a learning disabilities. She is a trustee of both charities and works as a volunteer typing reports, letters and helping to run the Riversiders.
