Joseph Farquharson

Joseph represents the Olympic values daily. Joseph participates in many sports including athletics, tennis, cricket, rugby and football, holding many achievements at a young age, including sportsman of the year, house captain, district cricket, numerous district sport finals, and the junior Great North run. As part of his local community, Joseph continues to demonstrate excellence and friendship through a coaching role at his tennis club. Within the school community Joseph is not only a talented sports person, representing school football,but a committed student who strives for excelence within every subject. Joseph displays respect and helps others to endeavour to be the best that they can. Joseph is a committed member of the school community and helps out in open days. Inside or outside of school, Joseph is exemplary at inspiring others to show the same commitment and motivation to achieving goals. We believe that he would do our school proud, by carrying the Olympic Flame.
