Jordan's nomination story

Jordan is a role model for young people and an ambassador for his local community. He serves in St John Ambulance and quickly rose through the ranks. He helped found his local group and now trains other youngsters. He is an active member of the local junior railway club, regularly helping out on the heritage trains - taking fares, working in the buffet car and generally helping passengers. Whatever is happening in his home village, Jordan is there, helping and supporting what is happening. At school, he is a Sports Ambassador, where he helps organise sporting events. He also supports primary school sports festivals, helping with younger students. He was nominated for a community award for all the support he gives to vilage events, ranging from the arts to sport, especially football where he marks the pitch for his village team's home games. He has received awards at school presentation evenings, one in particular for supporting a disabled student in his class. Jordan is simply a thoroughly 'nice' lad.
