Jordan's nomination story
Jordan is an active member of the community and is 'activities co-ordinator' for the Carlisle Youth Council where he does a lot of work motivating and helping others. Jordan has overcome many personal obstacles to become a positive ambassador for young people and a proactive membe of the community
