Jon Massie

Jon is at the heart of Adecco's London 2012 team - ensuring we find the people who are going to make the games a success. With Adecco Group for many years and a passionate sports fan, Jon joined the LOCOG on-site team in the summer of 2009. Since then, he has shown great resilience and tenacity to build the necessary relationships within one of our most challenging environments whilst personally delivering more than 350 IT, technology and security staff. Perhaps more importantly he has embraced and driven the team to deliver, through ground breaking initatives such as guaranted interviews for disabled candidates and talent pools for BAME candidates, on the challenging targets set by LOCOG to be the most diverse and inclusive games ever.
