John Shaw

Since losing my Dad to cancer 10 years ago, John has been there for me and I have looked to him as a father figure. This is made even more amazing by the fact that he also lost his own daughter to cancer just one day after diagnosis. Then in 2006 his lost his wife to the terrible disease. John is a well known figure in the Bristol community and aged 72 has only just retired from stacking the shelves at the local store every Tuesday - he just loved working there so he could talk to the locals. John is just one of those incredibly kind and thoughful people and I would like to try and let him know how much he means to me.
