John is TRIATHLON! He works in it he trains for it he commentates on it & brings great worldwide triathlon news to thousands 24/7. I love sport I love the Olympics - and my passion is triathlon. I want to show that anyone can do this sport that it doesn't have to be the 'gruelling' / Ironman discipline that is often portrayed that swim bike and run can be a positive motivating and healthy part of happy life. I gave up my career in the City and despite overcoming cancer and multiple heart operations I work around the clock to make it the ultimate resource for triathlon from novice to Olympic Champion. I'm about to face my biggest challenge ever (heart bypass surgery) but I know I'll be back stronger and fitter than ever. I would be SO proud to carry that flame!!
