John is a selfless individual who is always there to lend a helping hand. At work, he never fails to offer support and leave his own duties to assist his colleagues. He has run the London Marathon raising a lot of money for charity. He flew out to New York to volunteer for the homeless and has given up numerous Christmas's over the years to offer assistance to the CRISIS charity. He is a genuine individual who deserves the recognition for his efforts. An inspiration to many of us.
