John Celino

John works for Rio Tinto Alcan at the Lynemouth Aluminium Smelter near Newcastle as a senior reliability engineer.

A hard working father of two boys John devotes a great amount of his spare time to his community. In addition to coaching a children's football team, he's regularly organising fundraising events and activities to support good causes. John's generosity and determination are of a great inspiration to his colleagues and truly contribute to make a difference in his community.

In the last 12 months John has raised over £10,000 for a local children's football club, a Children's Cancer Ward and Newcastle's RVI. John is also the child welfare officer for his local children's football club and two further leagues. Not one to rest on his laurels, John has plans to organise another four events in the next year
