John Barnes

John has his own long term medical conditions to cope with, and the situation is not one that will improve. John's wife has had an illness which thankfully now appears to be in control and on top of all this John's best friend died last year. Through out this period John has come to work in a professional manner and contributed to the team with no negative affects. I know John has found the last couple of years very difficult and I know he would love to beable to carry the Olympic torch. It would be great if something good could happen for John and give him a day he would look forward to and never forget. . John has been an inspiration to those of us who know what John has had to cope with and the impact on his family. Because of his professionalism at work his colleagues are not aware things were so difficult at home.
