Jodie Holdaway

Jodie in her life has shown great courage and determination in spite of the many social and developmental challenges that lay in her way; many of which may have prevented others from striving for excellence. She works hard at learning to take care of her own health needs whilst at the same time helping friends to take care of theirs. Building friendships because of Jodie`s experiences has been difficult for her. Our students all have various physical or learning difficulties and Jodie has worked hard to build trusting friendships based on equality and respect for each other. She has shown great courage and determination in learning to trust others in order to build lasting friendships with her peers. Jodie in summary is turning her life into a positive inspiration for others like her and society in general.
