Scouting gives people fun adventure friendship and so much more. Jo gives so much time to scouts that she barely has any time to herself!I have been Scouting for 23 years as a leader. I have had some fantastic experiences - learning new skills having fun making friends and aim to continue sharing that with the Scouts I work with. I work full time so need a decent hobby for my spare time - and no longer have any spare time! With other leaders we endeavour to provide experiences for my Beaver Scouts (aged 6-8) and my Explorer Scouts (14-18) which will give them the ability to make the most of life without being reliant on others. My first Explorer Scouts are now hitting 18 - I hope that they continue to share my passion and support our younger generation - so far so good!
