urray uses his Nicolas has been a role model for coaching and mentoring the youth, particularly for students at schools or those just graduated from college looking for a job. He also dedicates his spare time as a volunteer lecturer, educating youths from the slum areas who don't have an opportunity to be educated properly. He has travelled to Suzhou and spent almost 6 hours with the students to talk about his own story and their potential career paths. Despite the global recession, Nicholas remains determined to drive recruitment of over 200 college graduates every year to overcome the unemployment and resulting crime issues in the community.
