Jenni Buckley

Jenni is 12 years old and addicted to all sports. She has represented Cornwall Centre of Excellence for the past 3 years in football. With the demise of C.C.O.E. she is now playing for Truro City U14s. and has been accepted to C.C.F.A. personal Developement Centre. Jenni represents her school at hockey,badminton and athletics, and done very well at county sport level last year, taking part in 100m hurdles(3rd),300m (3rd), High jump (4th) 200m (2nd) and 5th in javelin.

Her commitment to sport has meant that she has missed out on doing a lot things with her friends, but jenni just wants to be the best she can be in all sports that she participates in, and will train in all weathers and conditions.

I feel Jenni has shown how much she is committed to all sports and would be fully deserving of the honour of carrying the Olympic tourch
