Jenna's nomination story

Jenna's mother died while she was still in early primary school and Jenna has been involved with Tullochan since she was 8 years old.. Throughout her time with Tullochan, Jenna has shown great commitment and been an active member of many of our projects including Hop, Skip and Jump, Activ8ers, Network Youth, Tullochan Youth Action Group, Tullochan Trust Club and Girls on the Move. Whilst at Outward Bound she was awarded a Potential Leader Award and has since been granted an Outward Bound Scholarship to help assist her with achieving a place on the Classic Course. As well as showing commitment to Tullochan Jenna regularly volunteers with other youth groups within her local community and hopes to become a youth worker on leaving school. Taking care of others comes very naturally to Jenna, whether within a youth group environment or at home and in the community. She never moans or complains and gives 100% in everything she does, no matter how challenging.
