James Loyd

James constantly helps others. At the age of 16 he started teaching/ coaching swimming. He also helped many students at his previous school.My aims are that I can inspire others through my passion of swimming. I have willingly given up time to take courses to better myself in teaching/coaching. I volunteer as a teacher at my local swimming club directly helping 60 children. I took on the role as club captain at the swimming club which involves me organising events for the club and supporting around 200 swimmers. I hope I can support the club so they'll become better as a whole through implementation of team building activities and through gaining more coaching hours helping others achieve goals and sustain the club in the future. Apart from this I work with secondary school students giving them work experience in my recently set up company helping them with future careers.
