James Kemp

This was causing a number of complaints from customers. There was a significant delay in bringing the site back into service, as we had to get a BBC site powered down before we could get access. James worked very hard with all of the stakeholders to ensure that the delay was minimised, and was not happy until all of the relevant stakeholders were aligned and service restored. James was an active member of the British Red Cross supporting young adults (16-18) with learning difficulties for several years, this project provided 'respite care' for the families and provided the young adults the opportunity to take part in numerous activities to develop their social skills, confidence and at the same time have fun!
