James has had a very chequered upbringing with many house relocations and for a lot of this time we lost contact completely. On his 16th birthday he asked to live with us, his grandparents, in Brechin and we were pleased to have him. He is still being educated at Forfar Academy and last year they were presented with a trophy for The Forfar Loch Sponsored Run in memory of jockey Jan Katie Wilson who died in very tragic circumstances which James won as fastest boy. He is also a member of the Forfar Runners and attends Forfar and Brechin badmington clubs. He has been made a prefect going into 6th. year and has been selected by the Forfar Rotary Club to attend the youth leadership awards at Nethybridge this year. We are very proud grandparents to an outstanding young man who has conquered adversity to become a good example of, and to, the youth of today.
