Jacob's nomination story

Jacob Paul overcame the stifling heat in Turkey to clinch silver medal at the European Youth Olympics Festival last week. He qualified for the final with the fastest time, but was piped by Irishman Ben Kiely for the gold medal. Later that summer at the Youth Commonwealth Games finished just out of the medals in forth.
