Irene Glen

Irene is my inspiration. Recovering from cancer she is a joyful & selfless person. She is 2 people: my coach but above all a loving friend.My aim is to coach and develop swimmers from my team into elite athletes. We are a small club and for the first year ever have achieved 3rd place in the Scottish clubs event. I can see much potential in young swimmers and I aim to nurture this to the best of my ability. My swimmers work hard and most of all have fun at every session. My reward is in sharing their happiness and desire for results.
