Ian Watkins

The oswestry Olympians, a well organised club for all ages. Compete at high standards of fell racing, 1/2 marathons triathlons and athletics. They organise events also for charities. Ian a well known and liked local postman, finishing his morning deliveries, always checks the courses are well marked, marshalled and plenty of water stops. He organises a Friday run group for all ages and abilities. Despite being an accomplished runner himself he always runs at the back of the group to ensure lesser runners are alright. Well deserving once in a lifetime honour.
