Hila mentors unaccompanied minors from Afghanistan. She organises events and other programs to inspire these young people to carry on studying and pursue a career in education. Since these children have fled their home towns at an early age and have been through a lot of hardships before getting into the UK and now living without having any contact with their parents and siblings make them vulnerable to drugs, gangs and street crime. She spends her time and effort and focuses on how to inspire them to study. She acts like a sister, a friend or a guardian in order for them to share their concerns with her. She is also in her final year of biochemistry at Royal Holloway, University of London. Being only 22 she has spent her spare most of her time for the betterment of others lives between the UK and Africa. She is an inspiration and I believe she deserve this honour.
