Helen is truly inspirational in motivating and getting the best out of people. She has the knack to positively encourage people to improve their weaknesses and use their strengths. Helen was never a swimmer, she had a fear of water but learnt to swim as an adult . As a qualified swimming teacher, she worked tirelessly as a volunteer for the local swimming club, teaching, officiating and on the committee. Her skill was being able interact with and develop the ability of younger children but could equally analyse the stroke of top class swimmers better than any coach. She also did a lot of work with adult swimmers to overcome the same fears she had of water. Over the years she has instilled the skills into hundreds of children a sport they can do for the rest of their lifves. Helen was never a runner but started around the the age of 50, overcame some problematic injuries and last year ran the London Marathon and continues to run several time a week. She now organises a regular beginners running club in Wootton Bassett and her prime focus is to encourage those people to see running as a way of life for their own wellbeing and balance it with good nutrition and general all round fitness. This is not a business it is a passion and many hours are spend over and beyond just taking people for a run. In a reasonably short time about 150 people have had the benefit of Helen's enthusiam. Helen's passion to improve others is second to none!
