Helen Hasson

I am nominating Helen Hasson. Helen is a young woman with special needs. Helen lives with her big sister Christine her husband Jur, along with her two bothers Stephen and Declan , who also have special needs. Helen plays blows for the Derry city special Olympic blowing team, which she attends very week. Helen also loves football and is a big Manchester untied fan, she never misses a game. Helen works part-time for a company called 'the cookie company' where she works in the kitchen. Helen enjoys her work as she meets lots of new people and old friends. Helen has also over come some personal problems in her life and still always manages to have a warm welcoming smile for everyone. It would be a massive honer for Helen if she was chosen to carry the Olympic flame for her home town Derry.
