Heather Brand

Heather is a fantastic role model from her work with Women's rugby to coaching and leading a number of teams at work to success. On a personal level Heather has been an inspiration this year by giving up smoking, losing weight and regaining a good level of fitness, whilst still retaining a great sense of humour. This has been a fantastic personal achievement whilst still maintaining a great circle of friends. Heather will still spend the time on a weekly and sometimes daily basis to encourage us all along our own paths to fitness and improved health. All her friends and colleagues are really proud of her.
