Harry Welch

Harry Welch is an outstanding representative of Northgate School Arts College and he truly personifies the Olympic Values. Since joining our school he has participated in all activities both sporting and academic, with great enthusiasm and always portrays a positive attitude. He always strives to achieve his personal best and is also a great inspiration to other pupils, willing to help staff and peers alike. Despite the difficulties he faces with Autism and Dyspraxia, Harry always repects others and copes well with the social and communicational aspects that these convey. He is a great example to other children in demonstrating how it is possible to overcome any barriers in life. Northgate School Arts College are very proud to nominate Harry as an Olympic torchbearer. He thoroughly deserves every success that comes his way and we are sure he can achieve this.
