han raises awareness and fundraising and care and love about her baby nephew who is extremely ill in GOSH with fundraising and other ways.My passion is my family and giving love & care particularly to my very ill nephew. George Johnson is only 1years old and he suffers from a virtually unknown extremely rare condition where he can not feed & is fed through his heart. In the future I hope to have done two things. 1) see my nephew fully diagnosed and living a comfortable life. 2) have helped raise awareness & information about this very rare condition and ultimately help others who may face this in the future. I have met hundreds of people from around the world who are wanting to help get my nephew better. This is the beginning of my journey to inspire others to help raise awareness of such rare conditions. You have to start somewhere and my mission has certainly begun.
