Hannah Agyeman-Prempeh

Hannah enjoys working with people of all backgrounds & abilities & has been excellent at bringing groups of people together to celebrate their shared/common experiences. At at our children's Fit Club she has motivated many overweight children to find physical activities fun & enjoyable. Her work at our Christmas club brings joy to many of our local pensioners. Last year she set up a knitting group to make winter hats & scarves for homeless people
