Gwyn Lein

Gwynfor competed in the 1500m at this event. But his sporting talents are far reaching. He plays football for his local team, swims for the City and County of Cardiff (and has taught his sister and friends to swim). He also takes friends out canoeing, which is usually their first experience of the river. Sport is central to his life.
